Availability and Booking
Once you have checked that the dates you wish to book are available please click on the contact/enquiry/booking button and fill in the enquiry form that pops up. Please note that we take bookings by post,telephone and email, and the calendar has to be updated manually; it is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. A firm booking is not made until we have received your deposit and we have confirmed acceptance of your booking.
You may of course prefer to contact us by email, post or telephone.
We aim to answer all our correspondence within 12 hours so if you do not hear back from us it may be that your enquiry has gone astray. Please contact us again.
Change over day is usually Saturday. In quieter times it is often possible to be more flexible.
Tariff for 1 week
includes a free hamper, linen and towels,logs for wood burner and essential basics such as sugar, tea,coffee,washing up liquid etc.
Short breaks from £72.00 per night. Minimum 2 nights & you still get the hamper!
April/May – £430.00 -£530.00
June/July/August – £451-£560.00
September/October – £419.00-£488.00
November -December -£368-£604 (Christmas/New Year)
The prices shown are for the whole cottage for a maximum of 4 people, including a baby in a travel cot. (Travel cot and high chair available on request at booking).
15% discount when offered applies to 2 people sharing 1 bedroom.
There are no hidden extras and prices include: 
- use of the tennis court.
- heating and electricity.
- bed linen & towels.
- welcome ‘hamper’ which might typically include bread, milk, homemade jam, cake and our own free range eggs (depending on availability) and fresh flowers from the garden.
- Logs for the wood burner. (within reason)
The cottage is available from 3.30 on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure.
I will confirm a booking by post or email as soon as your deposit is cleared by my bank.
We ask for £100 deposit to confirm bookings. The deposit is non-refundable after a 7 day cooling off period. We advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover holiday cancellation. Short breaks to be paid in full at the time of booking please.
Payment by cheque, bankers draft or by bank transfer. Cheques should be made to Mrs J Murray.

The cottage is strictly non-smoking.
